3 d solar was acquired to facilitate the funding of eco projects in Poland, including Many Tarczyn which will develop and build sustainable economic and ecologically friendly villages that provide a full range of home living, wellness, education and leisure for families who wish to live close by cities without the long commute to work.

Patrick McLoughlin
Board Member
Patrick is a former chartered accountant with 25 years experience as a developer both as an owner and consultant in Ireland, UK, Cyprus and predominantly Poland. In Poland, one of Patrick’s projects “residence Krolewska” for 20,000 metres adjoining the prestigious Wilanów Royal Palace won the award for the best development in Poland. Patrick was involved as an owner and a consultant in many projects, including residential, small retail, restoration and land development projects. He is experienced in all aspects of project preparation and management, including working with architects on concept, design and building permits, negotiating construction contracts, project management, staff recruitment and supervision, sales and liaising with external lawyers, accountants and banks as required.
Adrian Büergi
Board Member
Mr Büergi holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management (MBA) from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business. Mr Büergi, a sworn Attorney at law ( Barrister) with an MBA in Business Administration in General Management. Mr Burghi has worked in various roles in a legal capacity from manufacturing to Strategy consulting. Since 2006 he is currently a partner/owner of his own legal chambers, specialized on commercial law, art and international trade. He is also a highly experienced financial intermediary working on the creation of fully licensed Swiss Banks and Investment Funds. Mr Büergi develops international partnerships with focus on strategy, M&A and finance.
Marek Oberda
Management Team
Mr Oberda is a senior sales and marketing manager with reinforced real estate knowledge specializing in residential developments of up to 5 hectares with values of up to £50m. Marek undertook market analysis and pricing of real estate products as well as project preparation work with architects. Marek has over 20 years of experience dealing with property evaluation and land acquisitions, in turn developing and building key relationships with local authorities.
Keith Murphy
Management Team
Keith is An Irish qualified accountant who has lived in Poland for the last 25 years. He has held a number of senior posts both in professional services advisory as well as in the pharmaceutical and retail industries, both in Poland and across Europe. For the past 10 years Keith was the Chief Operating Officer of the largest global professional advisory firm with responsibility for 29 territories in Central & Eastern Europe. Since 2019, Keith assumed global responsibility for the implementation and process alignment of a number of cloud based business development, marketing and finance systems across 158 countries to ultimately create a single global operating system.
